Why we
make these.
“How could this golden ticket to freedom look like something out of a bargain bin at the motor factors?”
We’ve spent years in and out of the custom and classic bike and car trade — in business and in culture — and it always came back to the same thing: the bond between driver or rider and machine. The keys never lived up to it. Plastic moulded cases and bare metal blanks never matched the aesthetics of the vehicles they belonged to.
The first concepts and models were made for our own vehicles. The Norton Commando 961 started it all — a simple key with a black round head. No logos, no defining features. It looked almost identical to the key for our workshop padlock. One opened the road; the other a padlock. In your hand, there was nothing to tell them apart. After that first model, it was obvious we can’t be the only people with this very fortunate problem.
We’re still early. Decades of machining experience and manufacturing technique behind us, and plenty of evolution ahead — more daring work, designs that don’t exist yet, and a wider palette to draw on. New finishes will come: more Cerakote colours, deeper patinas, and brass and bronze given more room. New materials too — not just metals, but anything that earns its place on a key you carry every day. For now, we’re keeping it simple: the last thing you touch, finally made worth holding.

6061-T6
Aluminium
Solid billet aluminium, bead-blasted and anodised. Light, rigid, and finished with a satin surface that shrugs off keys, pockets and time.
CZ121
Brass
Machined from solid brass and left to live. A satin surface that deepens into a warm patina — polish it back to mirror whenever you like.
Ceramic protection // Cerakote®
A coating built for gun slides, on a key you carry every day.
For our E-100 Blackout and H-148 Burnt Bronze finishes, we use Cerakote — a high-performance, ceramic-based coating engineered to form an ultra-thin, durable protective layer. It is independently tested to recognised ASTM methods for abrasion, corrosion, hardness, scratch and chemical resistance, making it ideally suited to an object handled and carried every day.

04 — The Packaging
Unbolt it.
Earn it.
Every key arrives bolted inside a cast aluminium box. We wanted the moment to ask something of you — head out to the garage, grab that Allen key, and unbolt the lid to reveal the new key for your pride and joy.
Inside, the key sits sunk into a custom laser-cut foam insert, so it reaches you in flawless condition. Small Allen keys come with it, should you ever need to remove the blade.
Each key carries its own unique serial number — laser engraved on the key and on the box. Afterwards, the box earns a second life: keepsakes, or safe keeping for your original keys.
